This property has central AC and heat controlled by a Honeywell thermostat so you can easily keep the temperature just where you like it. You won’t need to worry about keys—entry is via a secure digital keypad with your own personalized code. You’ll have access to a shared, secured community laundry facility featuring multiple full-size, industrial-grade machines. The laundry room uses Smart Lock access and accepts credit cards or Apple Pay for your convenience. After booking, you’ll receive a packet with all the essential details for your stay, plus our favorite local recommendations so you can make the most of your time in Scottsdale. House Rules & Fees: • No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the building. • No Unauthorized Pets: Absolutely no pets/animals of any kind are allowed. • Cleaning/Deodorizing Fee: A $1500 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged for any violation of the no-smoking or no-pets policy. Per Scottsdale City Code: “All dwelling units, including vacation rentals and short-term rentals, shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children). Non-residential uses, including retail, restaurant, banquet space, event center, or other similar uses are prohibited.” • No more than 6 adults may stay on the premises. • The unit accommodates a maximum of 8 guests total (with no more than 6 adults). • At least one adult 25 years or older must book and stay at the property. Parties, Noise & Quiet Hours • Parties or noise disturbances of any kind are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and other residents. Pool, Amenities & Shared Spaces • All four community pools, BBQ grills, and outdoor dining areas are shared amenities for both guests and residents. • All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. • Please be courteous and respectful when using common spaces. Family-Friendly Amenities • Pack-n-play and highchair are available upon request – please let us know in advance so we can have them ready for you.
